LOGOS is a production system for machine shops and small engineering companies. It connects quoting, orders, machine scheduling, inventory, attendance and invoicing. You enter data once and the whole company works with it from there.

LOGOS was built in, and runs every day at, the Czech machining company PR-TECH s.r.o. We use every feature in our own production first, and only then offer it to other companies.
The modules build on each other. A cost estimate becomes a quote, the quote becomes an order, and the order becomes a schedule, a delivery note and an invoice.
Part prices based on the routing, machines and hourly rates. Bills of materials, standard times and drawings for every part.
Customer orders, job numbering and an overview of production, shipping and invoicing status for every line item.

Upload a PDF drawing or a STEP 3D model. The system reads the dimensions, material and blank, and proposes a routing. You can then adjust times and prices as you see fit.

Jobs are scheduled onto machines based on real capacity and shifts. Operators book operations with a chip at the terminal, so the schedule and time reports reflect reality.
Material, hours worked and subcontracting are posted to the job as they happen. Once it is finished, you see the actual profit, not just the estimate from the quote.

LOGOS is not accounting software. You keep doing your accounting in your existing software (e.g. Pohoda, a Czech accounting package); LOGOS prepares the data for it.
We started writing LOGOS for our own machine shop, PR-TECH s.r.o. Big ERP systems were too expensive and needlessly complex for us, while Excel spreadsheets were no longer enough. We needed to quote fast, keep track of the machine schedule and know which jobs actually make us money.
Today we use the system every day, from quote to invoice, and keep developing it based on what production needs. We now offer the same system to other companies, at a monthly price that even a small shop can afford.
During onboarding, we walk through your processes with you and set up LOGOS for your machines, rates and routings.
No. LOGOS handles production, inventory and business documents. Accounting stays in your existing software; LOGOS prepares the data for it.
Just a web browser. LOGOS runs on our servers, so there is nothing to install. On the shop floor, a tablet or PC as a terminal plus a chip reader is all you need.
On servers in the European Union, with regular backups. You can also save job files to your own OneDrive or Google Drive.
After signing up, you get 30 days of access to all modules, with no credit card required. The trial has a limited number of documents and drawing recognitions; details are in the terms (in Czech). When it ends, you decide whether to continue. Nothing is charged automatically.
